Reservations

All seats must be reserved and paid for in advance through our online booking system.

A confirmed booking guarantees a seat only for the specific date and time selected at checkout.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

All sales are final.

    •    No cancellations

    •    No rescheduling

    •    No refunds

    •    No credits

This applies to:

    •    missed trips

    •    late arrivals

    •    schedule changes

    •    unused rides on any pass

    •    personal emergencies or changes in plans

Once a booking or pass is purchased, it cannot be altered for any reason.

No-Show Policy

If you arrive late or fail to board at departure time, the trip and any associated fare or ride credit will be forfeited.

Passes (Weekly & Multi-Ride)

    •    Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable

    •    Passes expire on the listed expiration date

    •    Unused rides do not roll over

    •    A ride is deducted for every reservation made, including no-shows

    •    Passes have no cash value

Delays, Service Changes & Cancellations by Company

Service may be delayed or canceled due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

    •    traffic, accidents, or road closures

    •    weather conditions

    •    mechanical issues

    •    law enforcement or safety requirements

If we cancel a trip, we may offer a rebooking or ride credit at our discretion.

Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

    •    missed appointments, work, flights, or connections

    •    lost time, inconvenience, or indirect costs of any kind

Conduct & Boarding

    •    Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before departure

    •    We may refuse boarding to anyone who is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or violates our policies — no refunds provided

 

Personal Property

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Liability Notice

Travel involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company, employees, and drivers are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from travel, delays, or service interruptions, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Passengers agree to ride at their own risk and follow all safety instructions.

Right to Refuse or Modify Service

We reserve the right to deny service, cancel bookings, limit sales, and update this policy at any time.

By purchasing a ticket, booking a ride, or using a pass.
